The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation (SACF). The agreement was signed by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and SACF Chairman Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Mohammed Al Saud.

Modern International Cricket Venue

Under the agreement, Pakistan will provide technical expertise, infrastructure planning, venue design, and operational support for the construction of a world-class cricket stadium in Jeddah.
